Six related procedures had been filmed piecemeal over three years by three vendors, and nothing matched.
Approach
- Built one anatomy and instrument library reused across all six films
- Locked a shared visual grammar for cutaways, ghosting, and instrument callouts
- Delivered on a staggered schedule so training could start before the series finished
Outcome
- Six films that read as one system
- Asset library now carries new procedures at a fraction of first-film cost
